Which teen marriage tutorial did you think would make the best introduction for a new teen?

4/19/18 – 3:45 PM ET Young adult and millennial couples are becoming more open to marriage as they begin to have children, according to a new study from the Pew Research Center.
Among adults age 18 to 34, 64% of Millennials and 65% of Gen-Xers say that they’re currently married or in a committed relationship, according the survey conducted by the Pew Center in May 2018.
The poll found that older generations have become more accepting of younger generations, but that Millennials still lag behind.
The younger generations still tend to be more conservative and less accepting of same-sex relationships, the survey found.
The Pew study found that 64% or more of Millennial couples say they are currently married to a man or woman and only 27% or less of GenXers.
The median age of a Millennial couple is 28, compared to 33 for GenX.
In terms of their views on same-day marriage, Millennials are more likely than GenX to say they support same-marriage (65% vs. 30%).
By contrast, GenX and Baby Boomers are more accepting (65%) than Millennials (38%).
In terms in terms of same sex marriage, Gen Xers are more supportive (63%) than millennials (38%), while Baby Boomer’s are less supportive (49%).
By comparison, millennials are more liberal (51%) and more likely to say that same-gender marriage should be legal in all 50 states than Gen X or Boomers.
Among the 18 to 29-year-old generation, 68% support same sex couples getting married, compared with 29% of the older group.
For the first time, Baby Boomers are the most supportive of same day marriage.
In the older generations, a plurality of Baby Booms (42%) support same gender marriage.
Millennials are slightly less supportive than Gen-xers (42%), while Boomers (47%) are more opposed.
In all, about three-quarters of millennials say they would support same day same sex marriages in all states.
Pew surveyed a nationally representative sample of 1,000 adults aged 18 to 49.
